Day Share is the premier day care provider of social, recreational, rehabilitative and dementia-oriented treatment, offering clients the preferred alternative care setting within the long-term care continuum. Day Share offers Home Health services, Adult Day Program and Transportation.

Our organization is committed to the provision of quality Adult Day Services for the elderly and support to their families. We believe that through the daily intervention of health, social and recreational services we can improve the quality of life for the elderly and reduce their incidences of isolation.

We recognize the importance of quality care and as such we will strive to provide the highest possible quality services to all of our clients without regards to race, sex, or creed.

We take every possible measure to insure that personnel attending to the care of our clients will be qualified to do so through education, training and experience.

Adult Day Program

Day Share's handicapped accessible adult day program is a state-of-the-art facility. Our multiple space and color coordinated design provides an atmosphere for relaxation and features a spacious sunroom, fireplace, and large activity areas.

Day Share's adult day program offers caregivers time to relax while their loved ones benefit from an extensive activities program, field trips, nursing services, nutritional lunch and snacks.

Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Transportation

Day Share can provide morning and afternoon transportation to and from our Adult Day Program.

Medical Transportation

Day Share can provide transportation to and from physician appointments.

Rehabilitative Services

Day Share can arrange for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy to be provided in our Adult Day Program or in the comfort of your own home.

Home Health Care

Day Share offers a full network of care designed to help seniors maintain their personal independence in the comfort of their own home.

Skilled Nurses and other professionals provide personalized care and ensure coordination of services through our individualized care planning process which includes conferences and regular contacts with family and physicians.

Day Share Home Health Care

Home Care Services

Day Share's Home Care Staff are reliable, trained, bonded and insured to provide a variety of in-home services such as bathing/showering, toileting, dressing, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, trash disposal and shopping.

Daily Phone Contact

Day Share offers once or twice daily phone calls to your loved one to ensure their comfort and safety. We follow-up all problems and non-responses immediately.
